Michael Keir is the Chairman of Partners at MacDonnells Law and a Commercial Team Partner. He practises primarily in the areas of commercial, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, rural law and property development. Advising in these areas requires a healthy appreciation of the commercial reality involved in each particular transaction, which Michael’s business sense and extensive experience allows him.
Michael has been actively involved in advising developers and purchasers alike in relation to business structuring, partnerships, succession planning and sports law.
