Rae Heather-Radnedge is a member of the MacDonnells Law state-wide Government Team and practises primarily in the area of Planning and Environment Law and Native Title and Cultural Heritage Law. She offers commercial advice to both Local Government and developer clients in planning and environment issues arising from property development, compliance and risk management.
Rae has a high level of knowledge and expertise in indigenous law issues and native title matters gained from her previous role as a Cultural Heritage and Native Title Liaison Officer with Main Roads North West District. This experience enables her to provide clients with comprehensive native title and cultural heritage advice.
Rae also provides intellectual property advice with respect to trade marking, copyright, registration, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
